We collected Teddy Bears for patients at the Children's Hospital in Iowa City. We collected well over 100 teddy bears and then we hand-delivered them all!

We set up a booth in March 2009 at the Crossroads Mall in Waterloo. We scanned folks to see if their heads were on straight and briefly told them about Upper Cervical Care and how it could benefit them.

Even our youngest patients want to get in on the fun. Here are a couple of pictures of 2 year old David who felt so good after being under Upper Cervical care that he too wanted to pass along the good news to his friends.

Last Christmas we had a promotion. We asked patients to provide some things for families at the House of Hope in Waterloo. Patients took paper ornaments from our Christmas tree that had a certain present on them. The patient went out and purchased that gift and wrapped it up and brought it in for a free office visit.

During Thanksgiving time, we asked patients to bring in a sack of groceries for the Cedar Valley Food Bank so that the less fortunate in our community would have a nicer Thanksgiving than they otherwise might have.
We also invited our patients to write on our wall what they were thankful for.
